This recipe literally calls for the same ingredients I put in my <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sixtyfivespoons.com\/en\/2017\/06\/26\/a-few-recipes-from-south-america\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Fish tacos (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">Fish tacos<\/a> <\/strong>recipe but I replaced the flour tortillas for a lighter and gluten free option &#8211; rice wrappers.<\/p>\n<p>The only tricky part is to fold the rice wrappers right, after having soaked them in warm water for a few seconds until they get soft.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add the filling at the bottom edge of the rice paper, not filling it too much.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Flip the sides of the wrapper over the filling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Roll from the bottom to encase the filling tightly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Once rolled set aside for a few minutes as to let the rice paper stick together.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n\t\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1610365799045{padding-top: 50px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1610365780072{border-top-width: 3px !important;border-right-width: 3px !important;border-bottom-width: 3px !important;border-left-width: 3px !important;border-left-color: #c69f73 !important;border-left-style: solid !important;border-right-color: #c69f73 !important;border-right-style: solid !important;border-top-color: #c69f73 !important;border-top-style: solid !important;border-bottom-color: #c69f73 !important;border-bottom-style: solid !important;border-radius: 2px !important;}&#8221;]<div class=\"norebro-heading-sc heading text-center\"\n\tid=\"norebro-custom-6a075054b8da1\" \n\t \n\t>\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t<h3 class=\"title\">\n\t\tMethod\t<\/h3>\n\n\t\n\t\t\t<p class=\"subtitle\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div><div class=\"norebro-text-sc \" \n\tid=\"norebro-custom-6a075054b8e6d\" \n\t \n\t>\n\n\t<p>1. Cook the salmon in a pan and set aside to cool<\/p>\n<p>2. Chop all the vegetables and cilantro and dispatch in individual bowls<\/p>\n<p>3. Once the salmon is cooled down, remove the skin an flake into bite size chunks<\/p>\n<p>4. Soak the rice paper before filling.<\/p>\n<p>5.
