This article mainly concerns women but it can be adapted to men as well for different reasons that I will not evoke. Today I’d like to share a sort of revisited Mexican recipe of mine : fish tacos Spring roll style with these Fresh Salmon and veggie Spring Rolls.
Who says you can’t make just about anything into spring rolls ? This recipe literally calls for the same ingredients I put in my Fish tacosrecipe but I replaced the flour tortillas for a lighter and gluten free option – rice wrappers.
The only tricky part is to fold the rice wrappers right, after having soaked them in warm water for a few seconds until they get soft. Here is a small drawing of the rolling technique:
